I started my spiritual awakening process back in 2017 without realizing what was happening. Then a number of things happened in my personal life - my father got really ill and almost died, I moved to another city for work and ended up having a complete breakdown due to my PTSD and severe anxiety disorder I developed because of my work. It was during this time - after my breakdown, that my spiritual awakening really kicked into high gear. It was A LOT to understand and navigate -  especially in the low state I was in. I just wanted to find information to help me understand what was happening to me. I had to piece together all the things in bits and pieces. I remember wishing I had a place to go where all the information was in one place. It is this memory that pushed me to create the program I WISHED I had access to at the start of my awakening and life transition. I know… I know… what are the details?
