In this level you will learn self healing techniques, as well as how to perform Reiki healing on your family, friends, pets and even plants!  
 
We will discuss what Reiki is, the benefits as well as the Reiki principals. We will go over the history of Reiki, chakra basics, hand positions and the Reiki Power Symbol.   You will also learn how to perform a Reiki treatment for yourself and others.  
 
You will receive your first attunement to connect your consciousness with the Reiki healing energy and to enhance your ability to easily channel this energy to yourself and others.
