Service Description

This is a quick 30 minute one on one coaching and empowerment session to discuss any topic that the client wants to work on! One-on-one coaching is for those who wish to explore their lives and want to make a continued, meaningful change but do not know where to start. This is an ongoing process where the client will be taught different tools and methods for continued growth that can be applied to their lives long after the coaching process is over. This will require dedication and regular homework will be assigned to ensure the lessons have been completely understood. This is for those who are ready to commit to their transformation and empowerment.
